Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) operated by R&M Natural Diamonds Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
By using this Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
【1. Use of the Site】
Customers shall use this Site in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
The Company prohibits any conduct that interferes with the proper operation of the Site, unauthorized access, orders placed using false information, resale activities, or any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate.

Because natural diamonds are natural materials, the characteristics of each diamond may vary.

Product prices, sales conditions, and other terms may be changed without prior notice. However, as a general rule, orders for which a sales contract has already been formed will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time the order was completed.

Customers may use the payment methods displayed on the checkout page of the Site.
When using a payment service, the terms and conditions established by the applicable payment service provider may also apply.
【6. Shipping】
Please refer to the Shipping Policy on the Site and the information displayed at the time of your order for details regarding shipping methods, shipping fees, and shipping times.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, circumstances affecting the shipping carrier, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
